Over many years working in legal consultancy in business and investments, TriLaw has accumulated significant experiences and understandings of legal risks that enterprises in Vietnam have to encounter. Cases that TriLaw have involved range from very minor ones such as wrongful termination of employment, poorly-worded terms and conditions in sales and outsourcing contracts, internal business conflicts and disputes due to incomplete understandings/ misinterpretation of members/shareholders’ legal rights and obligations, as specified by law, to important issues such as business cooperation, investments without thorough researches of legal documents or anticipations of any involved legal risks.

Providing clients’ supports in that respect, TriLaw has designed the Retainer Legal Consultancy Package, which aims to assist enterprises in hedging and reducing any legal risks aroused during their business operations; accompanying businesses in all activities, ensuring uninterrupted operations and, therefore, creating better conditions to timely and promptly support enterprises in their conducts as well as providing regular updates on new rules, regulations and relevant legal issues that are directly or indirectly related to their business activities.

The package’s consulting fees are fixed with great incentives and shall only be adjusted when enterprises seek for specific legal advices.

In the RETAINER LEGAL CONSULTANCY PACKAGE, TriLaw commits to provide the following services:

1. Consultancies and Advisories in legal issues with regards to enterprises’ business operations in Vietnam, including issues in: investments, employment, contractual agreements, legal procedures, management structure and corporate governance, trade, business and investment dispute;

2. Reviews, verifications, and advisories in the legitimacy of drafted/ accepted business transaction documents; direct or indirect assistances in drafting contracts, letters, and transaction documents that are directly or indirectly related to enterprises’ business activities;

3. Services to represent or participate as the enterprises’ legal advisors or attorneys during business discussions and negotiations;

4. Consultancies and Advisories in developing resolution processes for claim and complaint and specific strategies to resolve disputes that involve the enterprises;

5. Supports in preparations and submission of applications/ requests to competent authorities as well as the followed-up processes of applications/ requests review and approval;

6. Reviews and updates on new/ drafted laws, codes or regulations that are directly or indirectly related to the enterprises’ business fields;

7. Copies of legal documents (upon requests).
